- Prepare and cook dishes according to approved recipes and detailed instructions from senior chefs maintaining consistency and quality standards
- Complete mise en place for your assigned section before service and maintain an organized clean and fully stocked workstation throughout your shift
- Assist in food preparation across various kitchen sections including hot cold and pastry areas demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support where needed
- Support the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie during service to ensure timely and efficient execution of all dishes
- Follow portion control guidelines carefully and actively participate in initiatives to minimize food waste
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly promptly reporting any faults or maintenance issues to supervisors
- Handle store and label all food items correctly using proper techniques to prevent spoilage or contamination
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene cleanliness and personal grooming at all times
- Comply with all food safety sanitation policies HACCP standards and local health regulations
- Participate actively in cleaning schedules and maintain readiness for internal audits and external health inspections
- Engage in training programs to continuously improve your culinary skills product knowledge and kitchen practices

Qualifications :
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution (preferred)
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant kitchen experience ideally within a 4 or 5-star hotel or upscale dining establishment
- Solid understanding of basic food preparation techniques kitchen equipment operation and culinary operations
- Working knowledge of food safety hygiene practices and HACCP standards
- Strong ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods while performing kitchen duties
