1)Process Discovery & Redesign
- Develop and execute a roadmap for process re-engineering with automation and AI that prioritizes high-impact areas of the business that have theappropriate AImaturity and readinesswhere improvement can be quantitatively measured.
- Leadfacilitatedworkshopsto mapcurrent-state cross-functionalvalue streamworkflows uncover pain pointswasteand non-value add activities and challenge entrenched behavioursusing industry best practicesacross many functions.
- Askcritical provocative questionstoshiftteamsfromfamiliar but inefficient patterns and inspire future-state thinking.
- Design future state processesin collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identifyopportunities forautomation or augmentationwithin redesigned workflows and articulate requirements for technical teams.

2) Standards & Governance
- Developblueprints and design standardsfor AI-enabled processesfocusedonsimplicityclarity compliance and scalability.
- Maintain aregistry ofoperationalassetsand ensureprocesslifecycle governance (intake design review production monitoring).
- Create and updategovernance materialssuch as design checklists approval workflowsfor new automation initiatives version-controlled templatesfor process maps and agentic designsand audit logs and dashboardsfor tracking usage ownership and performance.

- Leverage agile and PMI project management practices to manage work.
- Teach stakeholders on lean agile and process improvement practices; publish playbooks and guidance to accelerate adoptionwithin functions.
