Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to read understand and follow written procedures and instructions in English.

• Manages production flow.

• Coordinates with other functional groups to meet customer requirements.

• Enforces process compliance

• Manages all off shift personnel

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises all production shift employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies. Responsibilities include training employees; planning assigning and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York California and Colorado. For California-based roles compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
