YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support the Accounting Payable Supervisor by processing high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and compliance
• You manage invoice review documentation approvals coding and resolve discrepancies or accounting issues
• You liaise with the Accounting Department in Germany to support cross-functional and international procedures
• You maintain organized records through scanning filing and clerical functions
• You receive and respond to vendor inquiries professionally resolving payment issues efficiently
• You assist with audits special projects and process improvement efforts while safeguarding confidential financial information

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have practical experience in accounting or accounts payable preferably in a high-volume invoice processing environment
• Education You have an associates degree (preferred) or equivalent experience and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Technical Proficiency You are proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel and possess strong analytical skills
• Soft Skills You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail strong organizational skills and can multitask effectively
• Commitment to Excellence You have an excellent work ethic are dependable cooperative and willing to take on multiple tasks
• Availability You are able to work 40 hours per week and communicate effectively in English
