What Youll Do
- Lead with Purpose: Oversee all clinical and operational aspects of your unit with 24-hour accountability
- Inspire Your Team: Coach mentor and develop Assistant Nurse Managers RNs and support staff
- Drive Excellence: Ensure safe high-quality evidence-based patient care
- Own Operations: Manage staffing budgets and resources to optimize performance
- Recruit & Retain Talent: Hire top nursing talent and foster a culture that people want to stay in
- Champion Quality: Lead performance improvement patient safety and satisfaction initiatives
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain regulatory standards and implement best-practice policies
Additional Job Description
What You Bring
BSN from an accredited nursing program (required)
Masters degree preferred or actively pursuing
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with the South Carolina Board of Nursing or compact state
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
25 years of leadership experience in a similar role
Experience in operational management and healthcare marketing
