Job Description
As a Security Officer - Armed Gate Analyst in Boca Raton FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As a Dispatch Officer at a premier residential community you will coordinate officer activity track calls for service support incident reporting and communicate clearly with residents staff and responding personnel. You will help maintain smooth professional operations by monitoring activity logging key details and guiding resources where needed. This is an armed post requiring an armed guard card or license. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents guests and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Monitor alarms cameras access control and radio traffic; dispatch patrol officers and/or maintenance or emergency services as needed based on reported conditions.
- Receive and triage incoming calls and walk-up requests document details in activity logs and relay clear instructions and updates to on-site personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating notifications and communications per post orders.
- Complete shift reports and incident documentation track key and/or credential accountability as assigned and support a professional lobby or gatehouse presence at a residential location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 or more years of Law Enforcement/Corrections Military Graduate Of Public Safety Degree in Criminal Justice
- Possess an armed guard card/license.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
