About the Position:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Full-Time Retail Security Officer to provide security services at a busy retail location in Yonkers NY. This role requires strong visibility situational awareness and the ability to interact professionally with customers and store staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and disruptive behavior
Monitor store entrances exits and sales floor activity
Conduct routine patrols of the premises
Respond to incidents disturbances and emergencies
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing store policies
Work closely with store management as needed
Qualifications:
Valid NYS Security Guard License required
Retail or loss prevention experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable transportation
