Learn more: As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents and respond to resident concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. You will document activity using computer and/or tablet tools while supporting a caring culture that puts people first. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and/or staff by following site-specific security-related procedures access protocols and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas building entrances stairwells parking areas and the property perimeter as directed by post orders.
• Monitor for unusual activity unsecured doors maintenance hazards and/or policy violations and report observations promptly to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with resident concerns noise complaints and/or disturbances while awaiting additional support when needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity logs incident reports and/or shift turnover communications and use approved communication systems to relay updates to the appropriate parties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have CPR certification preferred.
• Have a state county or city issued security license preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
