What youll be doingAs a Skincare Expert Pharmacist you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional skincare advice and treatments to our customers. You will receive in-depth skincare training from a consultant dermatologist enabling you to become an expert in skincare conditions and their treatments. Your responsibilities will include offering non-prescriptive skincare solutions as well as actively participating in creating and supporting skincare education content for our social media channels.Key responsibilities- Skincare Consultation: Conduct thorough skincare consultations with customers to understand their specific concerns and requirements. Utilise your expert knowledge to recommend suitable products and treatments.
- Non-Prescriptive Treatments: Offer a range of non-prescriptive treatments for common skincare concerns ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare products ingredients and trends. Provide expert advice on product selection usage and potential interactions.
- Education and Training: Continuously enhance your knowledge of skincare conditions and treatments through ongoing training and collaboration with the dermatologist. Share this knowledge with colleagues and customers to raise awareness and understanding of skincare issues.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative skincare content for social media platforms. This may include blog posts videos live demonstrations and Q&A sessions to educate and engage our audience.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalised skincare solutions and follow-up consultations. Address customer concerns and provide support throughout their skincare journey.
- Compliance: Ensure all skincare treatments comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer consultations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Provide guidance and training to team members on skincare topics.
What youll need to have (our must-haves)- Be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to analyse skincare concerns and recommend suitable solutions.
- Creativity and proficiency in content creation for social media.
- Attention to detail and compliance with regulatory requirements
It would be great if you also have- Previous experience as a pharmacist or skincare consultant is preferred.
- Experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with skincare brands and products is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare conditions treatments and product ingredients
- Proficiency in using skincare analysis tools and equipment
