Job Description:
Outside Sales Experience Needed
50/50 inside/outside sales position
Small business inside lead working (Eleads CRM)
New Business outside selling throughout the greater Nashville area
- Maintain current book of business within region
- Conquest local commercial competitors (focus on extensive inventory)
- Control of accounts sale procedure from start to finish
- Large focus on gross profit
- Pinpoint a specific product to niche in over competition
- Trade Association/Truck Club Presence
- All deals must be billed out and turned into accounting timely
- All deals must follow our compliance guidelines and deal structure
- You must clock in/out each day that you work for us to ensure proper payroll guidelines are being followed/met per company and state policy.
My Dealer/Department Commitment
- To have the most stocked commercial inventory per salesman focus on selling
- Primary focus on upfitted cab chassis specifically Ram& 5500.
- Extensive Promaster and Light Duty pickup inventory as well
- Ability to order your spec through bailment pools
- Commercial Truck Trader customer leads
- Work Truck Solutions leads
- Eleads CRM/website leads
- Focus on having what others will not stock to hold gross profit
- Having a national approach to selling not territory set
- Network of transport drivers ready for any delivery distance and doc signing.
