Mequon WI Full-Time MondayThursday 3 Evenings Until 6:00 PM
Come join our team as a Pediatric OTR and build a career you love in a vibrant growing outpatient clinic! This exciting full-time opportunity is primarily outpatient-based with some Birth to 3 support giving you the best of both worldsclinic creativity and early intervention impact.
Join our team Monday through Thursday (three evenings in the clinic until 6:00 PM) allowing for long weekends and a schedule that supports worklife balance!

Consistent weekday schedule (MondayThursday)
Small Birth to 3 caseload component for clinicians who enjoy early intervention
Collaborative interdisciplinary pediatric team
This role is ideal for an energetic compassionate Occupational Therapist who thrives in a clinic environment and loves building strong relationships with children and families.
What Youll Do:
Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide engaging evidence-informed therapy sessions
Address sensory processing regulation fine motor skills ADLs feeding and functional participation
Collaborate with families using coaching strategies
Maintain documentation and communicate with team members to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a minimum of a bachelors degree
Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
