Job Summary

PT position working in an outpatient setting as well as with swing bed and acute inpatients in a small critical access hospital. Must have a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. DPT or PhD in Physical Therapy preferred. Must have an AK license. BLS required. CCMC provides housing. NO pets allowed in provided housing. CCMC will arrange travel if needed. This short assignment is to cover for PTO. Possibility of future coverage for the same reason.

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
