We are seeking a proactive can do individual to support and accelerate our Swedish go-to-market efforts. This role combines business development marketing communications and event management with a strong emphasis on leveraging modern AI tools to enhance productivity insights and content creation.
The ideal candidate is energetic structured and comfortable driving initiatives from concept to execution. You will work closely with sales leadership partners and marketing teams to strengthen our presence in the Swedish Financial Services and FinTech market with a focus on banking and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Support the development and execution of our Swedish market strategy.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends opportunities industry developments and competitive insights.
Assist in pipeline generation activities partner management and customer engagement initiatives.
Marketing & Communications
Create compelling written and visual content for campaigns social media newsletters presentations and events.
Adapt messaging for different audiences including customers partners and internal stakeholders.
Manage local marketing channels and ensure consistent brand communication.
Streamline content creation messaging segmentation and campaign performance.
Event Management
Plan coordinate and execute customer partner and industry events in Sweden.
Handle logistics communication promotion and follow-up activities.
Ensure a strong customer experience and maximize event impact on pipeline and relationships.
Required Qualifications
Strong skills and hands on experience with modern AI tools for:
Market analysis
Content creation
Workflow efficiency
Communications and storytelling
Previous experience in the financial services sector:
Banking
Insurance
Or vendors/service providers to these industries
Excellent communication skills and ability to create clear engaging content.
Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
Based in Stockholm.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Marketing or a related field.
Experience working with partners B2B marketing or customer-facing activities.
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
