Job Description

Are you our new International Call Center Agent

As an International Call Center Agent at Intrum Customer Services Athens a subsidiary of Intrum Group you will play a crucial role in our Front Office department a highly dynamic team offering high end customer service.

What will you do:

  • Be at the forefront of the business operating via telephone/chat/email to support customers
  • Maintain system notes ensuring records of calls are complete accurate and professional
  • Ensure the integrity accuracy and confidentiality of all information obtained
  • Elaborate standard operating policies and procedures ensuring that they are properly updated and followed


What were looking for:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to showcase empathy and confidence towards a diverse customer base
  • Service oriented and problem solving mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team


Its a plus if you bring:

Native oral & written skills in one or more of the following languages:

  • German
  • French
  • Italian
  • English
  • Flemish
  • Swedish
  • Norwegian
  • Danish
  • Spanish
  • Portuguese
  • Turkish
