Role Overview:
- Supporting testing and certification of networking switches
- Initial 1 2 months focused on switch certification (D-Link Arris Ruckus)
- Post-certification phase: Network Administration & Engineering responsibilities
- Wireless access point and controller management
Key Requirements:
- Experience testing modems (no specific ISP required)
- Strong Wi-Fi experience mandatory (Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 will prefer)
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks
- Initial focus on Wifi troubleshooting after that may be assign for Architecture / Design.
Nice to Have:
- Cable ISP network technologies:
- DOCSIS
- EPON
Core Responsibilities:
- Build and configure network test environments
- Certify Switches Gateways Routers Access Points and other network devices as needed
- Conduct End-to-End Certification of network solutions using combinations of systems and devices
- Document Test Environment as Built and Test Results
- Create Design documentation as needed using tools such as Lucid or Visio
