Job Summary
Seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) litigation paralegal with 3 years of experience in Texas personal injury law. This is a 100% in-office role.
Must be fluent in Spanish-candidates who are not will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings motions and discovery
- Communicate with clients providers and adjusters
- Prepare for depositions mediations and trials
- Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients
- Maintain and organize case files and calendars
Requirements:
- 3 years of PI litigation experience in TX
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiar with TX civil procedure and case management software
