Job Summary

Technical Job Title: Senior HRIS Business Analyst (Workday HCM Data Conversion & Implementation)

Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid -Local Candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Lead and support large-scale HRIS implementation and data conversion initiatives involving migration from legacy HR systems to Workday HCM
Review analyze and resolve complex data conversion and transformation issues during migration from PeopleSoft HCM
Map legacy HR data to Workday structures ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance
Apply advanced data validation techniques to verify integrity and success of data loads and integrations
Develop comprehensive test strategies test plans and detailed test scripts for system integration user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing
Execute and coordinate testing cycles document defects and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
Maintain requirements traceability from business requirements through design configuration and testing phases
Provide technical support for system maintenance enhancements and post-implementation stabilization
Create clear and comprehensive user guides process documentation job aids and supporting materials
Deliver end-user support and conduct training sessions across HR functional areas
Serve as a liaison between assigned business units and technical teams to translate functional needs into technical specifications
Support Talent Management (Recruiting and Performance) Compensation Benefits and Core HR modules
Perform data analysis using advanced MS Excel SQL and data analysis tools to support reporting and reconciliation efforts
Present findings recommendations and documentation to stakeholders with clarity and precision
Deliver high-quality detailed technical and functional documentation in compliance with enterprise standards
Support public-sector HR technology environments and align with government compliance requirements


Minimum four years of demonstrable experience implementing and/or administering HRIS solutions
Direct experience supporting large-scale data conversion initiatives
Strong data analysis and data validation expertise
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel SQL and related analytical tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to produce detailed high-quality deliverables and documentation


Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM
Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM
Experience supporting HR technology within the public sector
