Job Summary

Leadership Across Multiple Teams: Successfully manages 2 teams simultaneously while ensuring consistent delivery and adherence to Agile principles.
Agile Ceremony Facilitation: Leads and facilitates all Agile ceremonies for assigned teams driving collaboration alignment and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence in JIRA: Maintains strong JIRA hygiene across teams and proactively ensures there are no time-tracking issues supporting accurate reporting and compliance.
Metrics and Reporting:
Conversant in dashboarding and helps in Monthly Product Review decks with key insights and findings.
Backlog Readiness: Conducted detailed backlog readiness analysis in partnership with the Lead SM and shared critical observation.
Technical Support for NFR and TCI Reporting: Supported fellow SMs teams in identifying gaps in TCI reports and NFRs proving guidance & ensuring accurate data population.
