Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Summary:

Perform electronics packaging design for microwave components and subsystems
Support testing and verification of microwave electronics hardware
Design and document Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and cabling
Conduct analysis research development and testing activities
Support manufacturing troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electronic assemblies
Participate in change control board processes and documentation control
Contribute to development of new aerospace products and technologies

Requirements:

Active Interim Secret Clearance (required prior to start)
Associates Degree (AA) with 10 years of experience
Experience in electronic packaging for military applications
Experience designing and documenting:
- Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs)
- Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
- Cabling systems
Experience with CREO and Windchill
Strong knowledge of GD&T
Familiarity with Change Board processes and documentation control
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience with electronics packaging for microwave electronics
Experience with CREO Windchill and Zuken
Hands-on experience building and testing electronic assemblies
Knowledge of materials and processes used in electronics manufacturing
Working knowledge of GD&T
