The Challenge:

Our clients Transaction & Valuation Advisory practice is expanding and seeking a Manager to support a growing pipeline of buy-side and sell-side engagements. This role offers exposure across financial due diligence and broader transaction execution while working with private equity and strategic corporate clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Analyze historical financial statements operational trends and quality of earnings
Evaluate net working capital debt-like items and key deal drivers
Manage client communication project timelines and engagement deliverables
Prepare and present clear concise reports to clients and internal leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects

Ideal Background:

Bachelors degree in Accountancy Finance or related field
5 years of transaction advisory / financial due diligence experience
Prior public accounting or Big4 transaction advisory experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of US GAAP M&A transactions and financial reporting
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
CPA or progress toward certification preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical communication and project management skills
