Job Summary
Role: Program Manager with Compliance Platform (Inovaare) & Healthcare
Location: Long Beach CA (3 days a week onsite is required)
Job Type: Contract

Required Qualifications:
8 years of overall experience in Program Management or Large-Scale Project Management.
5 years of hands-on experience managing compliance or regulatory platform programs (Inovaare preferred).
Strong experience in the Healthcare domain (Payer Provider or Health Services) with a solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance operations.
Proven track record of managing multi-vendor cross-functional compliance programs.
Strong expertise in Agile Hybrid and Waterfall delivery models.
Experience managing programs involving CMS regulations audits and compliance reporting.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
