Job Description
Technical Skills Primary
- Application migration integration
- Application development modification maintenance
- Ability to document application workflows dependencies and processes
- Experience working with cloud based applications
- Strong understanding of software and infrastructure project delivery
- Experience producing detailed project schedules and resource requirements
Responsibilities
- Support and improve Merger Acquisition MA Integration projects across divisions
- Lead and deliver multiple MA integration projects successfully
- Develop lead and direct ongoing development of applications critical to business productivity
- Collaborate with teams responsible for standard divisional applications to estimate and define migration timelines
- Identify application integration roadmaps and define migration requirements for the overall integration program
- Manage all deliverables required for the integration program
- Address business questions on how application migration integration impacts daily business functions
- Manage relationships with corporate business IT teams and acquired entities
- Support key business and IT stakeholders for all application integrations and ownership areas
- Provide weekly executive summaries and project updates to leadership

- Experience with direct employee benefits domain and associated products
- Exposure to global project delivery and coordination across time zones
