Job Summary

Job Title: IB Test Data Analyst
Location: Electrical Ave Milwaukee WI (Onsite No Remote)
Job Type: Long-Term Contract Introduction

The team developing industry-leading X-ray generation subsystems (i.e. tubes and generators) is seeking a highly motivated engineer to support monitoring and maintenance of the large installed base of imaging scanners utilizing these subsystems in the field.

This role focuses on field data gathering processing and analysis to support field escalations product quality surveillance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Installed Base and Field Service Engineering teams to gather and analyze field failure data
Monitor product quality trends and identify improvement opportunities
Lead field failure data collection and cleansing activities for X-ray tubes and generators within the installed base
Coordinate with field service engineers to obtain detailed product failure information
Review machine data and service records to classify field failure modes
Support root cause analysis (RCA) efforts with structured data insights
Prepare reports dashboards and presentations to communicate findings

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Biomedical Industrial Mechanical Engineering or a related field
4 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis field support or quality engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Tools & Technologies

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Familiarity with SQL for data querying and analysis
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
