Job Summary

The Opportunity

Step into a role where your leadership and delivery discipline directly strengthen Tabcorps regulatory capability and compliance outcomes. As Project Manager Regulatory youll sit within our Regulatory PMO & Remediation function leading high-impact remediation and regulatory uplift programs that support safer gambling outcomes and strengthen enterprise-wide regulatory maturity. This role sits at the centre of meaningful change partnering across Legal Compliance Risk Technology and Operations to translate regulatory requirements into practical sustainable business outcomes.

You will:

Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory projects ensuring milestones scope quality and timelines are met
Translate regulatory obligations into structured deliverables evidence requirements and sustainable outcomes
Drive cross-functional coordination across Legal Compliance Risk Customer Product Technology and Operations
Create and maintain core project artefacts including plans schedules RAID logs and dependencies
Provide executive-ready reporting and escalate material risks and issues with sound judgement
Support BAU handover process uplift training inputs and operational readiness

What Youll Bring

Youre a confident delivery professional whos comfortable operating in regulated environments and accountable delivery settings. You bring structure to complexity work well with senior stakeholders and translate regulatory expectations into practical workable outcomes for the business.

Proven experience delivering complex projects in highly regulated environments
Experience supporting regulatory remediation and compliance uplift
Strong delivery discipline across planning execution RAID management and governance
Ability to operate in matrixed environments and manage cross-functional dependencies
Exceptional written and verbal communication including executive-ready reporting
High attention to detail with a pragmatic solutions-focused mindset
Project management qualifications (PRINCE2 PMP or Agile)
