What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders security-related procedures access requirements and site-specific policies including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout offices common areas parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees contractors and deliveries; assist with visitor sign-in badge issuance and directing guests to appropriate locations as assigned.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; request assistance from site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete detailed reports and logs document unusual activity and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site stakeholders during shift turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
