As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver in Gurdon AR you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location you will help support daily operations by conducting routine foot and driving patrols maintaining a visible presence and assisting with access control and visitor interactions. You will communicate clearly document security-related activity and partner with site teams to help reduce incidents. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate timely updates to site contacts and/or dispatch as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas warehouses parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points verifying identification and/or visitor authorization and directing deliveries and contractors according to site procedures.
• Complete security-related reports and logs such as patrol activity incident documentation and shift turnover information and report hazards maintenance issues and/or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
