Job Description
As a Security Officer Flex Patrol Security Clearance in Columbia City IN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including de-escalation notifications and coordination with site contacts and/or public responders as directed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices labs parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
- Monitor access control points verify identification and/or visitor authorization and help to maintain orderly entry and exit in accordance with site requirements.
- Document patrols incidents and service requests in written and/or electronic reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
Minimum Requirements:
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
