What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees visitors and vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures access guidelines and other security-related protocols.
- Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems at the reception area reporting irregular conditions and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Control access by greeting entrants verifying identification and/or authorization issuing visitor credentials and maintaining visitor and delivery logs in accordance with location requirements.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner initiating site-specific emergency response actions and notifying leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
- Support security-related administrative tasks such as documenting shift activities completing incident reports and communicating status updates during shift changes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
