What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests tenants and client staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including guest concerns disturbances and medical-related calls and notify management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail and entertainment areas common spaces and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or operational issues.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic locations assist with crowd flow and line management and support opening and closing routines such as checking doors gates and restricted areas.
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports use communication devices per post orders and coordinate with on-site personnel and local law enforcement when requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
