Sundays 8 AM - 4 PM

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial property.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas tenant spaces as directed and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and lobby/garage activity as assigned verifying authorized entry assisting with directions and reporting suspicious behavior in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner contacting site management and/or emergency services as needed and documenting actions taken.
• Complete patrol logs incident reports and daily activity reports and communicate key observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
