VicRoads is progressing August 2022 we started on a new chapter when the Victorian State Government partnered with Aware Super Australian Retirement Trust and Macquarie Asset Management to operate registration and licensing services on its behalf.
We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access infrastructure and safety.

About the Opportunity- Service Assurance Stream
The Service Assurance stream gives graduates a fastpaced handson introduction to the systems that keep VicRoads RLS inServiceAssuranceand Enablement helping users with real IT issues and building confidence in service delivery and device support.
Nextyoullmove intoMainframeand Enterprise Applications workingacrossourcloud andon-premisesystems to understand how critical business platformsare supported and kept secure.
In your third rotationyoulljoinCloudand Networks gaining practical experience in cloud operations network infrastructure and security controls while contributing to migrations and performance improvements.
Your fourth rotation will be determined once you commence the program.
Across all rotationsyoullbuild strong technical capability learn fromexpertsand support technology used by millions of Victorians.
About you

To be successful in this stream you must:
Be in your final semester of study or recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past 12 months in the following discipline: IT Computer Science Software Engineering or Data.
Understanding of ITIL concepts
Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows Azure SQL)
Understanding of AWS or Azure concepts (e.g. EC2 S3 IAM)
Ability to write simple scripts to automate tasks (PowerShell)
Understanding of basic batch processing principles
Standard eligibility:
Applicants should be in theirlast year (final semester)of study; or recently completed a relevant Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree within the past 12 months.
