What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific policies completing required logs and supporting routine access control procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas warehouses offices parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or irregular conditions.
• Monitor alarms cameras and other security-related systems where assigned and report suspicious activity maintenance concerns and policy violations through the appropriate chain of communication.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including initiating emergency response activities as directed by post orders and notifying onsite management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Document observations patrols incidents and corrective actions in written reports and shift turnover briefings maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
