Work closely with head office stakeholders including Marketing Operations Product Management and Finance to align regional needs with broader organizational priorities.

Support national programs product launches and promotional activities within the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers channel partners and strategic accounts.
Represent the organization at regional events conferences and business reviews.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective problem resolution and proactive engagement.
5 years of progressive commercial experience (preference for medical technology)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
Excellent communication coaching and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the region.
