Solutions Architect Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (mfd) EMEA

• Provide customers and partners with Business Continuity planning implementation
• and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
• Provide Business Continuity/ Disaster Recovery best practices for partners and
• customers; build and maintain customer and partner rapport; ensure clear
• professional communication between our teams and the customer
• Maintain knowledge of Business Continuity/ Disaster Recovery technology trends by
• attending training courses and reviewing current technical publications
• Use of remote tools to assist customers; troubleshoot and debug Citrix VMware
• AVD Amazon Workspace and RDS sessions on the IGEL OS
• Install configure and Optimize the IGEL OS Solutions.
• Up to 50% travel is required for this position

• Experienced BC/DR Specialist (5 years) to lead planning implementation and testing of continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
• 5 years relevant engineering consulting or system integration experience with one or more vendors or Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in the IT industry
• Experience with application and desktop virtualization platforms (VMware Horizon
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Microsoft Remote Desktop Services)
• Experience with cloud-based technologies (Azure AWS Citrix Cloud etc.)

• Flexibility integrity and creative problem-solving skills are imperative to success in this role
• Ability to be a team player who is influential and builds good working relationships across all levels
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with sales engineers sales teams and management
• Ability to provide valuable content in the form of a presentation to many people; ability to use Video Conferencing Tools to provide remote sessions with customers.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and multi-task
• Be Strong with creating Guides to benefit the entire engineering team at IGEL.
• Be willing to pitch in and be part of the team in all aspects of company life
• Be proactive and able to adapt to continuous innovations
• Very good self-management skills such as personal organization and time-keeping
• An inner drive to do whats best for the customer
• Ability to Scope Projects
• Ability to Work with Sales on upselling while engaged with customers
