Job Summary

Job Title: Recruitment Lead


Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Director / Head of Talent / COO

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will lead hiring strategies manage recruitment processes mentor recruiters and partner closely with leadership to attract top talent aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Forecast hiring needs in partnership with department heads

  • Build employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates

2. Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)

  • Ensure structured unbiased and efficient hiring processes

  • Optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

  • Monitor hiring metrics (time-to-hire cost-per-hire offer acceptance rate)

3. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor recruitment team members

  • Set hiring targets and performance KPIs

  • Provide training on interviewing techniques and best practices

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements

  • Advise leadership on talent market trends and compensation benchmarks

  • Ensure smooth coordination between HR hiring teams and candidates

5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Enhance candidate experience and employer value proposition

  • Build strong talent pipelines through networking referrals and sourcing channels

  • Manage recruitment marketing campaigns and job postings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Business or related field

  • 5–8 years of recruitment experience including team leadership

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

  • Experience handling bulk hiring and leadership hiring (if applicable)

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Industry: Tech / Manufacturing / Healthcare / Startup

  • Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning

  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Workday Greenhouse Lever etc.)
