As a Security Officer - Unarmed Driver Patrol in Monroeville PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an unarmed driving Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds and maintain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for assistance document observations and communicate clearly with staff patients and visitors while delivering professional customer service. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following post orders and escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of communication.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas entrances parking areas and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and public areas observe for unusual conditions and report hazards maintenance concerns and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate department.
• Complete daily activity reports incident documentation and shift handoffs using required systems maintaining accurate notes and timely communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
