What the role encompasses
Seven Seas with a business presence across multiple states is entering a phase of accelerated growth. As it transitions from a founder-led entrepreneurial organization to a professionally managed company they remain committed to preserving the entrepreneurial spirit and long-standing values. They are seeking a CEO to lead the business and organization through this next phase — scaling operations strengthening systems building future leadership and guiding a thoughtful cultural evolution while continuing to deliver strong business results.
What you’ll handle
Business Leadership
P&L ownership and hands-on day-to-day management across all business units including multi-state manufacturing operations (6 Units).
Drive revenue growth margin expansion and working-capital efficiency.
Oversee multi-state manufacturing plants ensuring consistency cost efficiency safety and scalability.
Build resilient supply chains and drive cost optimization across inputs and operations.
Brand Market & Principal Relationships.
Aggressively scale franchisee brands across markets with high ROI marketing investments.
Manage and grow relationships with principals whose brands we manufacture; build new associations.
Guide sales distribution and route-to-market strategy across states.
Technology Systems & Organizational Scale-Up
Bring in a technology and analytics discipline across the company including ERP DMS/SFA dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
Establish scalable processes systems and corporate governance across finance sales manufacturing HR and supply chain.
Build a robust leadership pipeline and a talent pool for the future.
Growth Integration & Strategic Expansion
Drive our business expansion into new markets.
Integration of acquired entities into the organization.
Combine existing operations into a unified corporate culture.
How you will lead
Be the bridge between long-tenured senior managers and new talent
building deep trust credibility and patience.
Lead cultural change thoughtfully with an emphasis on consensus-building and talent development rather than disruption.
Mentor the next generation of family leadership and build a high- performing second line.
Work closely with the founders initially and transition to reporting into a formal Board of Directors over time.
Maintain and grow key principle relationships upholding the company’s
reputation for transparency reliability and partnership.
Desired Professional Experience
Proven senior professional who has been a CEO COO Business Head
CXO or similar multi-state leader.
Experience in both professionally managed and entrepreneur-led organizations.
Significant exposure to retail distributive trade.
Deep expertise in Sales & Marketing with a strong commercial and growth- oriented mindset.
Experience scaling manufacturing operations and building strong future- ready teams.
Track record of designing and implementing systems scalable processes and governance practices.
Experience integrating operations across locations and standardizing processes.
Exposure to contemporary technology solutions enterprise systems and data-driven management.
M&A or partnership evaluation experience (optional).

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute detailed operational plans aligned with strategic objectives.
Lead initiatives to streamline and improve organizational processes.
Conduct monthly performance review meetings with the CEO.
Conduct team performance reviews and provide feedback.
Implement strategies to enhance collections efficiency.
Monitor sales growth and market expansion activities.
Supervise factory operations and technology integration projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives.
Manage pricing strategy for raw materials and finished goods.
Oversee distributor relationship management and new distribution channels.
Guide financial strategy and adopt optimal financial management practices.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and prioritize safety in operations.
Lead sustainability initiatives and promote a growth-oriented organizational culture.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA is preferred.
15 years of experience in leadership roles with P&L responsibility preferably in manufacturing and retail distribution.
Strong skills in project management team building negotiation communication and problem-solving.
Knowledge of operations supply chain finance and digital transformation.
Ability to hold people accountable make quick decisions and execute effectively.
Work Environment:
Schedule: 6 days a week 9:30 am to 6:00 pm with 2nd and 4th Saturday off. Occasional travel for learning conferences and supplier/dealer meetings.
Challenges: Change management for quick execution. Building confidence with CEO/Owner. Promoting accountability and adherence to deadlines. Collaborating with potentially difficult department heads.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervise Heads of Departments: Sales Finance Purchase HR Factory GM Strategy Marketing.
