Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain product costing sheets including raw materials labor and overheads.
- Analyze variances between standard and actual costs and report findings to management.
- Support pricing decisions by providing cost-based insights.
- Assist in monthly closing activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to track material consumption and wastage.
- Prepare MIS reports on cost analysis profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- ICWA/Inter CA/CA
- 4–7 years of experience in costing preferably in manufacturing/ceramics/tiles industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and ERP systems.
- Costing system development shall be added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP cost models).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
