Security Officer Residential Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Residential Patrol Driver in Ashville OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a cutting-edge technology location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents and provide clear communication and customer service to employees and visitors. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following post orders and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings parking areas and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or irregular conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry assisting with visitor check-in and/or directing personnel to the appropriate location.
• Document patrols incidents and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs and communicate notable updates to supervision and client contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
