Job Summary
Position Summary
Citizen House is seeking a professional energetic and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. Our bartenders do more than serve drinks they create elevated guest experiences. This role requires attention to detail strong product knowledge efficiency under pressure and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Deliver warm attentive and personalized service to every guest
- Maintain full knowledge of cocktails wine beer and menu offerings
- Ensure bar setup cleanliness and organization before during and after shifts
- Handle cash tabs and POS transactions accurately
- Monitor guest consumption and uphold responsible alcohol service standards
- Maintain compliance with all health safety and liquor laws
- Restock and prep bar supplies as needed
- Support team members to ensure smooth and seamless service
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred (high-volume or upscale environment a plus)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails wine and beer
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Work in a fast-paced high-energy environment
