You will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents support access control and incident reporting and deliver helpful customer service and clear communication to employees and visitors. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and/or contractors by following security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices common areas parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance and/or hazard concerns to appropriate contacts.
• Monitor alarms cameras and/or building systems respond to notifications and document observations and actions taken per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including coordinating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as directed.
• Control access by verifying credentials issuing visitor passes maintaining entry logs and completing clear timely reports using required systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Security Experience 1 Years is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• 21 Years of Age is required.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
