What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff visitors and/or contractors by carrying out Allied Universal post orders security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a government location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of grounds parking areas entry points and perimeter routes watching for unusual activity hazards and/or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and vehicle movement areas as assigned assist with traffic flow direction when requested per post orders and report issues through the appropriate channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or public authorities as directed.
• Document patrols observations incidents and/or maintenance concerns in written logs and reports and communicate updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
