Job Description
As a Security Officer - Medical Campus Patrol Driver in Cleveland OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location as an unarmed Patrol Officer in a role that supports patient care. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents assist staff and visitors with directions and service needs and communicate clearly with the care team. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license backed by an agile reliable innovative team that leads with integrity.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients patients visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including supporting de-escalation efforts and promptly communicating with appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas entrances corridors and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or policy violations.
- Monitor access points and public areas provide directions and assistance and help manage visitor flow in accordance with site-specific requirements.
- Complete accurate reports and logs document incidents and/or unusual observations and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and site leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hospital vaccines are required.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
