Junior HR Operations Specialist (Season 2026)
At Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos our people are at the heart of every exceptional guest experience. Behind the scenes a dedicated Human Resources team ensures that every associates journey from recruitment to development is supported with professionalism care and operational excellence.
As a Junior HR Operations Specialist you will play an important role in supporting the daily HR operations of the resort contributing to a people-focused working environment. This position combines administrative precision with collaborative teamwork ensuring that employee processes run smoothly while supporting the dynamic needs of a luxury seasonal operation.
The role is based on-site at Santa Marina Mykonos during the operational season (April October) and transitions to our Head Office in Athens during the off-season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create update and maintain accurate digital employee files and HR documentation
- Manage employee timekeeping processes including monitoring clock-in and clock-out records
- Draft and manage employment contracts amendments and consultant agreements in accordance with company policies and labor legislation
- Support the implementation of organizational changes and HR operational processes
- Collect analyze and maintain recruitment and workforce data to support reporting and decision-making
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures ensuring a smooth and well-structured employee lifecycle experience
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and support related HR programs
- Ensure full compliance with HR policies internal procedures and Greek labor legislation
- Contribute to a positive employee experience through efficient accurate and service-oriented administrative support
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or a related field a Masters degree in Human Resources will be considered an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role or completion of a relevant internship
- Basic knowledge of Greek labor law and HR compliance practices
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Legal eligibility to work in Greece
