In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop learning content and assessment materials.
Compile arrange and update training materials and training curriculum.
Develop materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts and instructors to create the best coursework possible.
Correct and update e-learning module issues/problems encountered by users and raise to developers when necessary.
Participate in developing storyboards and scripts and suggest overall concepts to collaborators.
Create content for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led webinars video etc.).
Communicate coordinate and monitor training schedule registration and attendance in business systems.
Generate analyze and create report/dashboard from different sources and submit to requestor.
Who You Are:
You are creative have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence key partners. You are a nimble learner resourceful and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people across any level.
For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Marketing Communication Arts English or equivalent.
1 year of relevant experience in training administration curriculum development learning management system business reporting customer service or marketing.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Basic knowledge on e-learning content development and learning management systems is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook Excel and PowerPoint.
