What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies completing security-related procedures and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Manage lobby and reception operations including greeting and directing tenants guests and vendors issuing visitor credentials and maintaining visitor and delivery logs.
• Monitor access points and building activity from a stationary post helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior and escalating concerns per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting site management and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete required documentation such as shift activity reports and incident reports and communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
