Job Description
As a Security Officer Security Clearance Patrol Driver in Rosharon TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location you will spend much of your shift driving assigned routes conducting routine patrols and maintaining a highly visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site personnel document observations and respond to calls for assistance with professionalism and customer service. This is a driving post and requires a valid drivers license in line with Allied Universal policies.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal post orders site-specific policies and/or emergency response procedures at an industrial chemical and petrochemical location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings process areas parking lots and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor and control access at designated entry points by checking identification managing visitor check-in and directing deliveries and contractors per site requirements.
- Respond to alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating notifications and escalation per site procedures.
- Complete timely security-related reports and logs document patrol observations and incidents and communicate relevant information to client representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- An active DoD Confidential clearance is required.
- A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
