Job Details
This role needs the resource to be in client office 3 days a week in Malvern office PA .

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Design: Architect design and develop scalable mainframe solutions leading code reviews and technical documentation.
Development & Maintenance: Expert-level coding in COBOL JCL VSAM DB2 CICS
System Performance & Support: Monitor system performance optimize resources manage batch jobs and resolve complex production incidents.
Project Delivery & Agile: Guide Agile teams manage project scope/schedules and liaise with stakeholders for requirements.
Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of z/OS COBOL JCL DB2 CICS IMS REXX and debugging tools like Xpediter or File-Aid.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in mainframe development including at least 1-2 years in a lead role.
Domain Knowledge: Investment and Retirement
