Required Skills & Qualifications

8 years of PeopleSoft development or support experience.
Strong experience with PeopleCode and Application Engine.
Hands-on experience with Integration Broker.
Experience with SQL and database concepts.
Knowledge of HR Payroll Benefits Financials or Supply Chain modules.
Understanding of SDLC and change management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and cloud hosting.
Experience integrating PeopleSoft with systems such as:
- Workday HCM
- CRM or ERP platforms
Public sector or large enterprise experience.
Familiarity with security roles and row-level security configuration.
