What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms disturbances and other incidents in a calm problem-solving manner and notify site management and/or Allied Universal supervision as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas exterior grounds parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify identification when required by site policy and assist with directing employees customers and vendors to appropriate locations.
• Complete patrol and incident documentation communicate observations and concerns to the appropriate contacts and support security-related investigations as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 years combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
